Meet Betsy Kennedy — Your Advisor

Most great leaders are built — through self-awareness, the right structure around them, and teams that know how to bring out the best in each other. That belief is at the heart of everything I do.

I've spent my career inside high-growth organizations where complexity is the baseline. At Amazon Business, I built and led the Education/Public Sector vertical from early stages. At OfferUp, I serve as a Revenue & Operations Executive overseeing Sales, Customer Success, Risk, and Revenue Operations — leading across functions, driving several significant restructures, and developing leaders at every level along the way.

What I've learned is that productivity and accountability don't come from pressure, they come from clarity.
